Apartment Iris offers the best in Rovinj accommodation. It is a lovely apartment in the heart of Rovinj, the most popular resort in Croatia, and among the top resorts of Europe.
Our air conditioned apartment is regularly refurbished to a high standard and is suitable for self catering accommodation.
Everything in Rovinj is within easy walking distance from Apartment Iris. The town is just 200 metres away and most beaches are within just 10 minutes walk.

Rovinj Vacation Accommodation
Our air-conditioned and smart first-floor apartment has a double bedroom plus sofa bed in the living room making it ideal for single couples and small family accommodation.
The apartment building is set back on a street parallel with the main road on the seafront. This offers the advantage of being close to the seafront (within 100 metres) and yet benefits from a quieter position.
To holiday in Rovinj is a real pleasure, but to be so close to the sea and to the town, Rovinj accommodation doesn’t get better!

Apartment Iris - Living Room
The living room area is equipped with satellite TV and has a wall mounted air conditioning unit. The air conditioning unit also has a heating facility in the unlikely event it is required.
There is a wooden wall cabinet with cupboards and display shelves and this is also where the sofa-bed is situated.
The window in the living room overlooks the street below and there is a partial view of the sea.
Apartment Iris - Bedroom
The bedroom has a double adult size bed with recently replaced mattress.
There are bedside tables and lamps on each side of the bed and a comfortable bedside chair.
The bedroom wardrobe/cupboard has smooth glide sliding door and includes shelves and coat hanging section.
All clean bedding is supplied for your holiday.
Apartment Iris - Bathroom
The bathroom has fully tiled (ceramic) walls and ceramic tiled floor.
There is a corner shower unit with glass panels and an electric power-shower. Also included is a vanity unit with wash basin and W.C..
A washing machine is also installed in the bathroom.
All clean towels are supplied.
Apartment Iris - Kitchen
The kitchen at Apartment Iris is well equipped to make your self-catering holiday enjoyable…unless you prefer to visit our restaurants of course.
Equipment includes electric cooker with fan oven & integral grill, extractor above cooker, dishwasher, electric toaster and coffee machine.
Cutlery, crockery and cooking pans are also provided.
